The Neoflex Advantage - Print Head
The NeoFlex is based on an Epson 4880 commercial grade printer with a print head rating of 45,000 impressions. In contrast to most other competitors’ machines, the NeoFlex print head has a Teflon coating that has drastically improved its vulnerability for nozzle clogs.
The NeoFlex printer head actually moves over the substrate allowing for a continuous workflow. Which allows the operator to reload new items while the printer is still printing, making the Neoflex the only printer on the market that is able to utilize the Epson 4880's maximum output; 20-30 dark shirts per hour, 60+ white shirts per hour on average.
